This policy explains how ByulTime handles local app data and how third-party advertising through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads may process data.

This Privacy Policy describes how byulzari handles information in connection with the Android application ByulTime: World Clock (the “App”).
Package name: com.byulzari.byultime. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
The App provides world-clock, time-zone, schedule and local reminder features without requiring a byulzari account or byulzari-operated cloud synchronization.
The App may allow you to create or store:
These items are primarily stored on your device. byulzari does not operate a server-side account or remote schedule database for these App features.
The App may use device time zone, locale, time-format settings and notification permission state as needed to provide its functions. These values are not intentionally uploaded by byulzari to a byulzari-operated server for schedule or world-clock functionality.
Ad-supported The App uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to request and display advertising, which may include banner and interstitial ads depending on the App version and placement.
Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain end-user data for advertising, analytics and fraud-prevention purposes. Depending on SDK version, configuration, region, consent status and device settings, this may include:
Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. The Android advertising ID can be reset or deleted through Android settings, and some advertising modes or configurations can restrict identifier use.
The App’s locally stored schedule titles, notes, saved cities and reminder content are not intentionally sent to Google by byulzari for advertising.

The current App does not use a separate byulzari-operated analytics or crash-reporting SDK solely for App analytics. Google Mobile Ads itself may process data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention as described above.

Where consent is legally required for advertising-related storage, identifiers, personalized advertising or other processing, the App uses the applicable consent flow before requesting ads that require such permission.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) / Google-certified consent-management functionality configured for AdMob where required.
Depending on the user’s choices, applicable law and Google’s ad-serving rules, Google may provide personalized, non-personalized, limited or technical ad delivery. Even non-personalized advertising may involve device storage or identifiers where legally permitted or consented to.
The consent interface may identify purposes, vendors and applicable legal bases. Users should review the information shown in that interface because available vendors and purposes can change over time.
Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights concerning access, deletion, correction, targeted advertising, sale or sharing of personal information, or the use of sensitive personal information, subject to the scope, thresholds and exceptions of applicable law.
Google Mobile Ads supports privacy mechanisms such as restricted data processing and Global Privacy Platform (GPP) signals for applicable U.S. state requirements. Where a relevant privacy message or opt-out mechanism is enabled for the App, advertising requests may use those signals or restrictions.
You may also contact byulzari using the details below to exercise an applicable right. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.
byulzari does not sell your locally stored schedule titles, notes, saved cities or reminder content.
Advertising requires information to be transmitted to Google and, depending on the ad serving configuration and consent choices, to advertising technology providers involved in delivering, measuring, securing or personalizing ads. Under some U.S. state laws, certain advertising-related disclosures may be defined broadly as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged for the information.
Where those laws apply, available opt-out or privacy controls will be respected as required. The exact providers participating in an ad request may depend on region, consent status and Google’s configured vendor list.
If you voluntarily email byulzari, the contents of your message may be processed by the email service providers used to transmit and store the communication.
Saved cities, schedules and App preferences remain on the device until you delete them through the App, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App, subject to operating-system and device behavior.
The App includes or may provide a Delete All App Data function for app-owned local content such as saved cities, schedules, managed reminders and supported preferences.
Deleting local App data does not necessarily delete information independently processed or retained by Google, operating-system services, email providers or other third parties. Their own privacy policies and controls apply to that information.
If you contacted byulzari by email and want deletion of personal information contained in that support communication, contact us using the details in Section 14.
The App can schedule local Android notifications for reminders that you choose. Notification permission is optional. Denying notification permission does not prevent you from saving schedules or using other supported core features.
Reminder scheduling is performed on the device; the App does not use a byulzari-operated remote push-notification server for these reminders.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
The App does not require a byulzari account and does not ask users to provide a date of birth to byulzari for ordinary world-clock or schedule functions. Users aged 13–17 may nevertheless be treated as minors or children under applicable local law.
Where applicable law or platform policy requires additional safeguards for minors, advertising personalization, consent or data processing may be restricted. If byulzari learns that personal information has been received from a child or minor in circumstances requiring deletion or other action, byulzari will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.
Google and other advertising technology providers may process information on servers located outside your country or region. Privacy and data-protection rules may differ in those locations.
Where applicable, international transfers are handled by the relevant provider under its own legal mechanisms and privacy terms. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland can review relevant vendor and purpose information through the consent interface where available.
byulzari uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the App’s local-first architecture. The Android release is designed to use secure network transport for third-party service communication.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Third-party providers, including Google, are responsible for the security measures applicable to information they independently process.
Where the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) applies, data-subject rights are handled in accordance with applicable Korean law.
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Where Swiss data-protection law applies, you may have rights concerning information, access, correction or deletion and other protections provided by applicable law.
Applicable state laws may provide rights such as access, correction, deletion and opt-out rights concerning certain sale, sharing or targeted advertising activities.
Because core schedule and world-clock content is primarily stored locally and no byulzari cloud account is provided, byulzari may not possess some information that is the subject of a request.
We may update this Privacy Policy when App functionality, advertising practices, SDK versions, consent requirements, legal requirements or third-party integrations change. Material changes may be communicated through the App, Google Play listing or another reasonably accessible method.

Google은 Mobile Ads SDK가 광고 제공, 분석 및 사기 방지를 위해 특정 최종 사용자 데이터를 자동으로 수집·공유할 수 있다고 안내합니다. SDK 버전, 설정, 지역, 동의 상태 및 기기 설정에 따라 다음 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다.
Google은 Mobile Ads SDK가 수집하는 데이터가 TLS를 통해 전송 중 암호화된다고 설명합니다. Android 광고 ID는 Android 설정에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있으며, 일부 광고 모드나 구성에서는 식별자 사용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
사용자의 로컬 일정 제목, 메모, 저장 도시 및 알림 내용은 광고 목적으로 byulzari가 Google에 의도적으로 전송하지 않습니다.

현재 앱은 byulzari 자체 앱 분석만을 위한 별도의 분석 또는 크래시 리포팅 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다. 다만 Google Mobile Ads 자체는 위와 같이 광고, 분석 및 사기 방지 목적으로 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.
해당되는 범위에서 정보는 다음 목적으로 사용됩니다.
광고 관련 저장소 사용, 식별자, 개인 맞춤 광고 또는 기타 처리에 법적으로 동의가 필요한 경우, 앱은 해당 권한이 필요한 광고를 요청하기 전에 적용되는 동의 절차를 사용합니다.
앱은 유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국 및 스위스 이용자에 대해 필요한 경우 AdMob에 설정된 Google 사용자 메시지 플랫폼(UMP) 및 Google 인증 동의 관리 기능을 사용합니다.
사용자 선택, 관련 법률 및 Google 광고 게재 규칙에 따라 개인 맞춤 광고, 개인 맞춤이 아닌 광고, 제한된 광고 또는 기술적 광고 게재 방식이 적용될 수 있습니다. 개인 맞춤이 아닌 광고도 법적으로 허용되거나 동의된 범위에서 기기 저장소 또는 식별자를 사용할 수 있습니다.

미국 일부 주의 거주자는 관련 법률의 적용 범위, 기준 및 예외에 따라 개인정보 열람, 삭제, 정정, 맞춤형 광고, 개인정보 판매·공유 또는 민감정보 사용과 관련된 권리를 가질 수 있습니다.
Google Mobile Ads는 미국 일부 주의 개인정보 보호 요구사항을 지원하기 위해 제한적 데이터 처리(RDP) 및 Global Privacy Platform(GPP) 신호 등의 기능을 지원합니다. 앱에 해당 지역의 개인정보 메시지 또는 거부(opt-out) 기능이 적용되는 경우 광고 요청에 이러한 신호 또는 제한이 반영될 수 있습니다.
적용되는 권리를 행사하려면 아래 연락처로 byulzari에 문의할 수도 있습니다. 관련 법률이 보호하는 개인정보 권리를 행사했다는 이유로 부당하게 차별하지 않습니다.
byulzari는 사용자의 로컬 일정 제목, 메모, 저장 도시 또는 알림 내용을 판매하지 않습니다.
광고를 제공하려면 정보가 Google에 전송될 수 있으며, 광고 게재 설정과 동의 선택에 따라 광고 전달·측정·보호·개인화를 수행하는 광고 기술 제공업체에도 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다. 미국 일부 주 법률은 금전 지급이 없더라도 특정 광고 관련 정보 제공을 폭넓게 “판매”, “공유” 또는 맞춤형 광고를 위한 처리로 정의할 수 있습니다.

사용자가 이메일로 자발적으로 문의하는 경우 이메일 내용은 메시지를 전송·보관하는 이메일 서비스 제공업체에 의해 처리될 수 있습니다.
저장 도시, 일정 및 앱 설정은 사용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 Android 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 운영체제 및 기기 동작 범위에서 기기에 보관될 수 있습니다.
앱은 저장 도시, 일정, 앱이 관리하는 알림 및 지원되는 설정 등 앱 소유의 로컬 데이터를 제거하는 앱 데이터 전체 삭제 기능을 포함하거나 제공할 수 있습니다.
앱의 로컬 데이터를 삭제하더라도 Google, 운영체제 서비스, 이메일 제공업체 또는 기타 제3자가 독립적으로 처리·보관하는 정보까지 자동으로 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다. 해당 정보에는 각 제공업체의 개인정보처리방침과 관리 기능이 적용됩니다.
이메일 문의 내용에 포함된 개인정보 삭제를 요청하려면 제14조의 연락처로 문의하시기 바랍니다.
앱은 사용자가 선택한 일정 알림을 Android 기기에서 로컬 알림으로 예약할 수 있습니다. 알림 권한은 선택 사항이며, 권한을 거부해도 일정 저장 및 기타 지원되는 핵심 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
이러한 일정 알림은 기기에서 예약되며, byulzari가 운영하는 원격 푸시 알림 서버를 사용하지 않습니다.
앱은 만 13세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 하며 만 13세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
일반적인 세계시계·일정 기능을 위해 byulzari 계정이 필요하지 않으며, byulzari가 이용자에게 생년월일 제공을 요구하지 않습니다. 다만 만 13~17세 이용자는 국가 또는 지역의 법률에 따라 미성년자 또는 아동으로 취급될 수 있습니다.
관련 법률 또는 플랫폼 정책에 따라 미성년자에 대한 추가 보호조치가 필요한 경우 광고 개인화, 동의 또는 데이터 처리가 제한될 수 있습니다. byulzari가 법률상 삭제 또는 다른 조치가 필요한 상황에서 아동·미성년자의 개인정보를 수신한 사실을 알게 된 경우 관련 법률에 따라 적절한 조치를 취합니다.
Google 및 기타 광고 기술 제공업체는 이용자의 국가 또는 지역 밖에 위치한 서버에서 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 해당 지역의 개인정보 보호 규정은 이용자 거주지의 규정과 다를 수 있습니다.
관련 법률이 적용되는 경우 국외 이전은 각 제공업체가 자체적인 법적 근거와 개인정보 보호 조건에 따라 처리합니다. EEA·영국·스위스 이용자는 제공되는 경우 동의 화면에서 관련 벤더와 처리 목적 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
byulzari는 앱의 로컬 중심 구조에 적합한 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다. Android 릴리스는 제3자 서비스와 통신할 때 안전한 네트워크 전송을 사용하도록 설계되어 있습니다.
어떠한 저장 또는 전송 방식도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없습니다. Google을 포함한 제3자 제공업체가 독립적으로 처리하는 정보에는 해당 제공업체의 보안 조치가 적용됩니다.
개인정보 보호법(PIPA)이 적용되는 경우 관련 법률에 따라 정보주체의 권리를 처리합니다.
GDPR 또는 UK GDPR이 적용되는 경우 법률상 요건과 예외에 따라 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 이의제기, 이동권 등을 가질 수 있습니다. 동의를 근거로 처리하는 경우 철회 전 처리의 적법성에 영향을 주지 않고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.
스위스 개인정보 보호법이 적용되는 경우 관련 법률이 정한 정보 제공, 열람, 정정, 삭제 및 기타 보호를 받을 수 있습니다.

핵심 일정·세계시계 콘텐츠는 주로 기기에 로컬로 저장되고 byulzari 클라우드 계정을 제공하지 않으므로, 일부 요청 대상 정보는 byulzari가 보유하고 있지 않을 수 있습니다.
앱 기능, 광고 처리 방식, SDK 버전, 동의 요건, 관련 법률 또는 제3자 연동이 변경되는 경우 본 개인정보처리방침을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경사항은 앱, Google Play 등록정보 또는 합리적으로 접근 가능한 다른 방법을 통해 알릴 수 있습니다.
